Excellent tool that allows you to visualize process flow via a value stream map
This VSM app is a versatile and powerful tool that facilitates the analysis and optimization of processes within any industry. It enables users to visualize and understand the flow of materials and information, identify inefficiencies (wastes), and implement targeted improvements via Kaizen Events to streamline operations and enhance value to the customer. It takes a little getting use to creating a value stream map on a device, but it works (using it on the iPad made it much easier to enter data).

FINALLY a way to create a value stream map on your mobile device and share!
This app went beyond my expectations! I rarely do reviews but must comment that the developers did a super good job in the design and functionality of creating a sequential value stream map. Each process also has the ability to have a total cycle time for the entire process, as well as an option to have each process step as a separate cycle time, which then is totaled. Also, each process can be tagged with images as well as wastes. The output is a typical value stream map. This app only allows for sequential processes to be documented. This is a superior app in my opinion. I just wish I could use it on my Desktop.
