Bought Premium: not working as expected

Downloaded the free app, and figured I might as well get the premium app. Paid for the app. Now the app asks if I want to upgrade. Won’t send code from phone to pc. I’ve restored the app three times. Still doesn’t work. I’ve emailed support. I guess we’ll see if these good reviews are real people or spam.
