VPN not working properly.
Suddenly it stopped working and I get a email from their customer support or excessive data usage. I send them email to either resolve it or give me refund they didn’t reply very disappointing behaviour of them at least 10 email I send them to resolve my problem but they didn’t respond over one of them.
In app their customer support is useless . I’ll not recommend any one to purchase their subscription.

Horrible communication
VPN suddenly stopped working. Asked why and apparently there was a limit to how much content you can consume with the VPN enabled which I was not informed about when purchasing, tried asking more questions only to be met with some bot that kept repeating the same 3 questions back. Did not give any useful information or anything to help me understand what was happening. VPN would disconnect & reconnect itself randomly or just not work at all

Purchase for 3 months and used for 1 month after that I can’t access the VPN sometimes it works for a few minutes that I can access Gmail and I can’t access VPN for almost 3 weeks! Wrote to LeapVPN customer support and it’s been almost 3 weeks NO ONE answered! I advise NOT TO PURCHASE THIS LEAP VPN because you will regret purchasing their service! They are not a honest service company!
