Our approach is based on the outcomes of our research on transformative learning – that is, how we learn to transform our lives by changing what we know (Halber, 2012). Our unique learning model stresses mindfulness, relational and personal growth, and embodied and situated engagement. The focus is on learning that is hands on (experiential) and learning that shifts or changes our perspective of self, the world in which we live and our role in it (transformative). It also includes building STEAM literacy (science, technology, engineering, arts and math). Everything we do draws on a unique combination of our research outcomes, our learning model, education and experience with children and our intuitive wisdom to help you make the most informed choices possible.
