No auto save function
Ive wrote code 4 times , closed the app by swiping up and my code always gets lost, why no auto save function every compiler in existence has auto saves.

It’s a very good app but you don’t do very much and it does not teach you to write your own code, it just gives you a compiler

Great for Beginners and Intermediate Level Coders
I was worried starting a different coding language and I was lucky to find this app. It simple, straight to the point and no excess knowledge noise that ends us up being supplementary knowledge. Great application!

Perfect app to supplement my training and fill in some of the fuzzy areas that other material of C++ don’t explain all to well.

Im starting out on coding, there are some things like the type of quotations to use that i got confused on, and used gpt to figure out the problem, and some challenges have little errors that i fixed to pass, if its intentional then its good. Works on problem solving skills. I would like to download the lessons and code offline, that would help pass the time on car rides when im not doing anything. If possible.

Im in my first semester of programming and this app is saving me, right now i love it and highly recommend it to any one whose interested in learning c++
A flexible and well-executed learning tool
Really clear lessons, easy to navigate UI, and flexible enough to let me go at my own pace. I appreciate how short and to the point the lessons are — I learn best by doing, so this definitely works for me.
My (constructive) comments:
- The text editor portion is a bit more “manual” than it could be… this sounds a bit petty, but it would speed things up greatly to have features like automatically adding closing parentheses/brackets when you type the opening one, especially since the brackets require either scrolling in the hotkeys area above the keyboard or diving into the symbol layers of the iPhone keyboard.
- In each exercise, the elements we are meant to fill in have actual underscore characters as the placeholder. This is a bit cumbersome because it requires us to delete the underscores first before we can type in the answer. It’s a little thing, but those add up after 10-20 exercises in one sitting — especially with my imprecise, uncoordinated fingers.
- I think it would be good to offer some more challenging / involved exercises that require more of a combination of techniques and structure from various sections of the lessons.
Otherwise I’m quite happy with this app and really enjoy pulling it up when I have 20-30 minutes to myself. Nice work!
