I’ve been learning for a while but one thing I often get stuck with when talking to people in Dari is with small things like food and other random objects.

The app is a very fun way of learning and covers most of the most common/basic words used in every day conversations.

Good for beginners and intermediate level speakers.

Not good value for money

You barely get anything for the £7.99 that you have to pay for the app. There are a few basic words covering colours, numbers, food etc. There is not even basic phrases such as how to say “how are you?”. Do not waste your money!

This app is designed for complete beginners and includes around 250 words and phrases to give you an achievable goal so that you can be motivated to learn more. All the words are voiced by both male and female native Dari speakers and there are three games to help you remember what you’ve learned. Best language app so far!

Out of all the junk apps I have had this is the best so far. Would like an update for it... More conversational rather than basics. Also what about a Persian ( Iranian Farsi) app?

Very good

I'm in the army and I've been learning dari for the last month. This app is very accurate, well made, and impressing. Perhaps updating it with more phrases and more categories will deserve a 5 star rating!!! Still very good 

Great App-more please?

I personally have been looking for a good beginner Dari app and until now, hadnt found one (plenty of Farsi apps out there). This has been great for learning basic phrases and words, and it's an offline app which I like.

I like the fact that the app has transliteration built in to help you sound out the words, which is a big help with Persian dialects. It also has both male and female voices, which help you to better understand the phrases.

Personally, I would buy expansion packs for more phrases and words, if they come out with them. Id also pay for a good online Dari translation engine, which speaks.
