Restore purchases

Hello,

How to restore purchases? Learning Spanish and Learning English are no longer working for a couple of months on my iPhone 12. I had the full version of the two apps.
Today I reinstalled Learning English, but there is no way to restore the purchase. Learning Progress gone forever?
