I like the picture quiz feature and spelling tests, although some of the pictures are screwed up (yoga doesn't involve a volleyball, kidneys are not the same as lungs, and how can my husband's nephew also be my brother?)

Bad experience
After buying all the options, the program displays "thank you for your purchase" and hangs there. The display will not go away and the app will not open. Do not waste your money on this app.
Former Ripoff OR Current Bait-and-Switch?
They just "lowered" the price on these Basic language packs (French, German, Italian, and Spanish) from $9.99 to "FREE", so I had to try each of them. Disappointment! Either they were horrendously overpriced before, or they emasculated the "free" part -- the app is just a teaser, shilling all of their add-ons. If they stripped it down, they are NOT offering the same application for a drop in price, and should have the integrity to say so.
BTW, the description of the Spanish application, for example, the day BEFORE the price drop said that there was "NO HIDDEN COST: There is NO hidden cost inside. Once you buy the app you can access everything inside without asking for extra payment at later stage." and everything was included. NOW, however, the description says "Try before you buy". (See the "for iPhone" versions to note the difference in wording.) Also, the "More than 1,000 words and phrases" shrank to about 200 by my count (at least for the "free" portion).
At this point, I wouldn't buy the full program from them, because I obviously can't trust them to deliver on what they promise.
