Perhaps there are different variants of the textbook in different countries. I find that my version of Minna no Nihongo (in India) has a few other examples compared to the ones in the app.

Huge help for JLPT prep
I’ve been using this app to study Japanese and it’s been really helpful so far. The lessons are well-organized, especially by JLPT levels, and I like how it separates learned and unlearned items. It makes tracking my progress easier. The interface is simple and not overwhelming too. Definitely worth trying if you’re learning Japanese!

Needs improvement!
I bought this app thinking that it would help me review for the JLPT exam but I’m disappointed that it didn’t follow the official Minna no Nihongo English translation accurately. I found some mistranslation/incorrect definition in some lessons of MNN I vocabularies. It’s also difficult to contact or send report about this error because they just make you report to their facebook page but no one replies. It would be better if they have an easier way to contact them directly thru the app to report this kind of issues or make an edit function in the app so that we can edit the incorrect words by ourselves.

It’s a scam
Started it up and was going into grammar then out of nowhere a message popped up with a “clean your memory” with a timer on it.

it’s pretty good
learning japanese currently and this app is very resourceful and handy when i’m out somewhere and need to just look at a translation. It breaks down kanji and other things that are very helpful

Surprisingly Great
I’ve been trying to take my Japanese to the next level and have used books and software but at the end of the day you need hardcore vocab. This app is nicely designed and breaks down the JLPT into sections with vocab. The vocab is also audible and even comes with multiple sentence examples which also help a lot with memorization. I will definitely keep using this as a cornerstone of my study and I’m very glad to have come across such a good app.

Overcrooked pro
Although the app is pretty good, it is impossible to use without paying. I definitely don't mind to buy such app, but its incredibly hard! Why not just show the button "get pro"?

This app is super cool! There are a lot of different ways to study, and for all ‘N’ levels of study for Japanese. This app is great for studying, quizzing, and it’s enormous variety of material to use makes it incredibly helpful.

Out of all the Japanese language learning apps I've tried (and there is a loooot!) this is the only one I've kept.
It has all levels N5-N1 from vocabulary, grammar, tests, etc. and provides some explanation or examples for words/phrases/kanji. Also, sample usages and sentences can be played with audio. You can opt to study in any way you want!
*This is free, and sometimes with ads (although bearable, not really annoying)
*Suggestion for developer: I would loooove it more if you could add different test types like by listening, reading, combination, etc.

Best Japanese learning app
This app really helps to learn Japanese. It has videos to guide you around with the vocabulary and even quizzes to help you to determine what level you are in.

this application really helpful for your studying Japanese specially for the JLPT from 1 to 5
.. I wish there is an update to make the icons larger because sometime I want the kanji button I just pressed the vocabulary by mistake also the text sample inside the kanji are too small to see..
also I wish there is method to remove the ads.. thank you for the great application this make my studying level N3 very simple 💐
