Wrong spelling
They spelt multiple Japanese words wrong I am learning Japanese in school and I knew it was wrong and I even checked google translate. Incorrect do not learn.

I used to use this app at some point when I was little? I would like to use it again but it’s broken and no matter what I do it won’t let me click off of the payment plan screen. I remember some of it you had to pay for but not all of it?
Paid once, now I must subscribe?
I paid for this app, admittedly a long time ago. However, the owners of the app I assume have gotten greedy because now, it requires a subscription service to unlock more phrases and sentences and I assume, to cut out advertisements. I’m not very happy about this LOL I never write reviews but this one has driven me to do so! I paid for this app. Why must I subscribe now to unlock all benefits when I paid a flat fee?

I don’t like that I have to pay to unlock anything else but greetings & general conversation so I think that they need to get rid of the payment stuff bc what if people need it but don’t have money what are they gonna do not learn everything that they need to know

Not really helping
This is just like a dictionary. There’s just words and phrases translated to Japanese, how can I learn from this?
Can’t review without paying
The idea that they ask you for a review before even trying the app is ludicrous… Had I been able to try a limited version of the app first and liked it, I would have gladly signed up for the lifetime membership, which is only $5 more than the yearly. However, I’m not going to pay first and then try it out. Rethink your strategy here.

Vocabulary Only
This is just a vocabulary list and offers no learning activities as far as I can see. In the circumstances I think it is extremely misleading and should either be more accurately labelled or removed from the app store. I resent wasting my money on it!

Ive had this for a few days now and it's helped me more than Duolingo has in a month! I already remember so many words, Arigato! I also love that there is a lifetime option! Ok, Mata Amyosho!
Very little from the free version
I get it, time is spent creating an app. However only providing some basic phrases and nothing else makes this useless. DEVELOPER: If you want more downloads - and therefore more payments - perhaps provide more than just intro greetings and give a little from each section. To have time & dates, numbers and other crucial info behind a paywall (subscription at that!) I might as well run through Translate apps for what i want. Good try, but the fact your trying to employ a subscription model to something that can be pretty static (language does not change that much) feels a bit greedy. Find a better app if you’re looking. This has been uninstalled.

Used to be a great app for studying Japanese. Re-downloaded it and now everything is behind a paywall. These paywalls did not exist a few years ago.

Doesn’t really help
I got this app based on the good reviews, though unless you’re subscribed it’s really not that good. There are LOTS of ad’s and you can barely learn anything without paying. I also don’t think their teaching method is very good.
