Radical quiz seems to be bugged
Was enjoying the radical section, until the multiple choice quiz ask you for the radicals name or meaning, but neither is presented in the 6 available answers. Pressing any or all of the possible answers doesn’t cause the app to move on, further proving that this is a bug.
I suppose it’s not the end of the world, but it happens often.

Makes kanji review more fun
Games make learning the kanji less of a pain.
Fun if you are in a class for it
This is a fun review for my Japanese class. If you have trouble memorizing things like I do then this is one of the few apps worth investing into. There are others worth checking out but this is in the top 5 for sure.

It seriously needs more kanji to study, and the overall function of the game could use a few minor tweaks. But, it was pretty useful and helped me.

1. Sloppy game play
2. Unforgiving
3. Don't make bubbles if you need to hit the letters.
4. Don't time someone if they have to wait for the thing they have to hit to come out.
5. I'm assuming it has in app purchases since that's what it says by its icon so just spend your money somewhere else on a good app.
P.S I can program a little and I know it wouldn't be that hard to program the hit box of your letter to the bubble around it. Also I don't get why it got such a good rating.

Please make note, this is NOT a good app if you have never looked at Hiragana before BUT this is an excellent app if you have reviewed hiragana and want to obtain a mastery of it. This app is like the old style arcade game, space invaders. Choosing between different levels that suite your personal preference, this app offers a fun (as far as memorizing a bunch of kana goes) way to quickly memorize all the hiragana. Grouping a small set of hiragana, you must quickly shoot the appropriate kana bubble before they drop bombs on you. You are scored by how fast and accurate your shooting is and just like in the arcade game, your score is placed up against other people's score. After each set an option is presented in which you can quiz yourself and test how much you have learned.
I would recommend this app to quiz yourself and to keep reviewing (lest you forget and all those scores go to waste).
