I’m new to this app and so far I’m on the first level it is great and sometimes I say them when I’m talking great for beginners and is really helpful

Why is it not free?

Every time I try to choose another lesson, it won’t let me go to the lesson unless I pay

The app includes different ways to continue learning — alongside the subscription, there are also options where content can be accessed with certain in-app conditions, such as viewing additional elements before proceeding. If the app is only showing a payment screen, please try restarting it and navigating back to the lesson selection — alternative access options should appear there. Great but confused

I just downloaded this app. I have been wanting to learn Korean for a while now and I finally found an app that looked legit. And it is! But when I decided I wasn’t going to pay, I was truly disappointed that I could only choose ONE option to learn about. I feel like I should have been able to choose at least a couple lessons to learn. Even without paying for all the extra things.

Overall ratings

It only lets you do 1 lesson and it wants you to pay money to use it l would not recomend it and if you want to pay money to use it that is fine but just not recomending it

Useless

I go on, asks me questions and pick the very top option and starts the lesson. It gives me multiple choice questions about things I didn’t even learn yet! Don’t download!

There’s an error

When I try to go in the app it says “can’t connect to the internet” even though my internet is fine, please fix this

Paid

I paid for full forever lifetime access and it was good for a while but now it’s no longer giving me access and saying I need to pay again. Why?!

It’s a start babe

' So far as of march23 2024 I like this app. It gives the alphabet which is Hangul, but the only this is it’s giving doulingo and you don’t write out the Korean words you just learn like you also get tests after to make sure that you understand the lesson. C

So helpful!!! I wanted to learn Korean to be able to understand and listen to my favorite boy band, BTS, sing and rap and talk. I am learning so much faster than I thought possible, and this app is 100 times better then all of the other that I used! It’s amazing because I am learning the characters and the sounds at the same time!!! I love this app so much!!!

App originally not working, error when trying to contact support

I downloaded the app and paid for unlimited access. I was initially unable to use the app. When I went to the home screen, I see a circle continuously going until my phone shuts off. When I first tried to reach out to the support team and got a message saying that there was an error with that process as well. After leaving a review relating this experience, someone from the support team reached out to me to recommend that I delete the app and reinstall it. After I reinstalled it and signed up for the free trial (which then segues into a subscription after a week), I could start using the app. I then restored my prior purchase, and I cancelled the subscription. I had to wait a week before I could tell whether or not my prior purchase would be honored; it was. Oddly enough, I still apparently have the option to sign up for an annual subscription.
