My learning experience

This app was great and helped me improve to my Korean so quickly. I am not fluent yet but even I just started I can make out a few sentences, recognize a few words, and listen well. I definitely recommend.

beginner friendly!

i paid for the lifetime subscription and am enjoying the app so far! it is beginner friendly - i already knew hangul and some basic phrases but this app does a good job explaining foundational grammar with practice questions and vocab accompanying it. the only reason i put a 4 star is because after finishing units, they go away after a day or so. So if I want to go back and review, for some reason, i have to go and do the whole unit again instead of being able to just look at the overview that’s usually available.

Lifetime Subscription

I purchased the lifetime subscription but it has not updated in the app. I can’t get any customer service help.

Paid but no product

I was enjoying the app and wanted to get a subscription. First I was offered the lifetime for $36. The payment said processed but then it didn’t go through on my end and I didn’t get access to anything. I tried again and then it wouldn’t let me select the option for the lifetime. Eventually I tried the year subscription. The payment went through but I do not have access to the subscription. I’m not sure if this app is a scam

Make sure you create an account before paying any money

It let me pay for lifetime without creating an account and now I can’t access it and haven’t heard back from customer service.

It’s helpful

I’ve been leaning Korean since November 2024 and I discovered couple of weeks ago the app. It’s helpful and easy to use in a daily routine if you have a busy day working/ studying without time to spend just learning Korean. I can recommend the app because the short lessons can really add some knowledge to you. It’s free, couple of ads here and there but I’m satisfied with the exercises and small vocabulary added to each lesson.

Best Overall Korean Practice & Learning App

Customer Service helped me with my previous issue of my lifetime subscription not going through. Other than that, I think this is an excellent app and the best overall option for learning Korean through apps.

Subscription Purchase Not Working

I purchased a lifetime subscription, but the purchase didn’t apply for awhile. And when I needed to redownload the app, the upgrade stopped working again.
