No sound
I purchased your app and yet the sound feature doesn't work. No good at all.
Re-downloaded and it worked for a couple of days. Then Stopped again. Try to download again, still no sound. I paid $2.99 for an App that does not work. This is NOT a good product.

Thank you for downloading our app and sharing your concern. This is a rare case, our app support team tried to diagnose the issue but audios are working fine. The probable reason of issue is, interrupted audio download. We want to let you know when you install application it starts downloading audios for selected language. If download is interrupted due to network error or some other reason, it might cause such problem. In order to fix that you can reinstall the application from store. This will restore your inApp. Still if you are facing problem, please share the screenshots at app.support@edutainmentventures.com, so that we can look into the problem.
