No trial
Signed up for the free 1 week trial. But I canceled the subscription so I don’t get mistakenly charged. However that caused the app to think I am not in the trial. So there is no way to try the app first before paying.

This app was pretty bad. it charged my dad $100 before we even got onto my account then tonestro didn’t really teach me anything just said to play the C sharp put no fingers on the saxophone not even a finger chart.I only got it in the middle of may now it is half way through June and yesterday it kicked me out of my account so my dad took 30mins to get me back in we should not have to get in and out of my account. When my dad was writing a message to tonestro it said did not send even though we needed help.I am still using don’t don’t really recommend if you want to be randomly charged

It's way too expensive
Now I get that they might want to charge $550 for lessons after the first lesson That's a little bit too expensive at least make it affordable for younger people. You could buy another saxophone off of Amazon for that price and still have about 200-ish dollars.

I hate apps that do not try to prove themselves, and the first thing is to ask for subscription money; there are those that offer a trial period, and better yet satisfaction guarantee or money back, and better yet free beginner lessons and once you achieve a proficiency and wants to go up the ladder then ask for membership.

Al inicio todo muy buenas los videos en español y al pasar a la segunda lección los videos están en inglés y yo no sé nada de inglés, como voy a aprender. Siento que fui estafado puesto que compré la suscripción por que estaba totalmente en español y al pasar a la segunda lección ya no hay videos en español. Me siento estafado y no fue lo que esperaba

Nothing like the ads
None of the songs presented in the YouTube ads are in the lessons. Only royalty free folk and classical songs. After paying $99 I thought I would have a teaching companion for learning cool solos but not so. I worked through all the lessons in two weeks. I think I paid for their marketing campaign which makes sense since I GOT MORE FROM THE YOUTUBE ADS!

DON’T DOWNLOAD
Aside from the free trial and the obvious 5-star prompts, almost everything in this app costs money. You can barely play songs to practice the skills you’re learning, and songs like “Baby Shark” are only 4 notes—there’s hardly anything to actually learn. I wish there were more songs available, but it feels like the main goal is just to make money.
The tuner is the only positive, but it’s confusing—unless it’s just me.
If the developers reply, don’t bother saying “we give you a free trial to test songs.” Yes, you do, but it’s only 7 days, and I want to constantly play songs that match my skill level—not just “Happy Birthday,” “Baby Shark,” or “Swinging Monkeys.”
Overall verdict:
• Not worth it
• Everything costs money except the free trial
• Tuner is confusing
• Barely any songs

Problème de connexion
Je galère à connecter un deuxième device et en changeant de device je perds tout l’historique du travail déjà fait. C’est pénible même si l’application est bien faite.
Cambio notacion
Estaba encantado con la app y pague agusto pero sin venir a cuento ni avisar ya no permiten la notación española, solo la americana. Para mi que estoy inciandome en solfeo es un cambio drástico. No me habria suscrito ni en sueños si llego a saber esto!!! Muy mal

Muy caro para lo que ofrece
Si van a cobrar una membresía, asegúrense que cubra al menos las necesidades mínimas de los usuarios como el idioma. No me parece que tengan un precio tan alto y que los videos no tengan la opción en español.
