Disappointed

Don’t buy this app its AI and goes too fast for you to understand the words. Sometime they get all jam up and you miss what the word meant. Plus you don’t get a trial period . It’s not worth $24.00 for one year.

Response from developer

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're sorry to hear the app hasn't been a positive experience for you and truly appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. Pacing & "Jam Up" Issue: We believe the problem you described, where the words "get all jam up," is likely our Relax Mode. In this mode, all the words from the lesson are played back-to-back at a natural, conversational speed to help you get used to the flow of Spanish. We understand how this can be overwhelming and make it hard to catch individual words, especially for a new learner. Thank you for highlighting this; it's very valuable feedback. Solution: You can control the speed of the words outside of Relax Mode by using the red, orange, and green "weight" buttons on the lesson screen. This allows you to start slowly and gradually increase the pace as you learn. Trial Period: You are correct that the yearly subscription does not include a trial. A free trial is exclusively available with the weekly subscription plan, which is intended to let you test the app's features before committing to a full year. Based on your comment, we are now looking into ways to make the Relax Mode optional or to add clearer controls for it, so it doesn't interrupt the learning flow for users who prefer to focus on one word at a time. We hope this explanation helps and thank you again for helping us improve.
