We had such a great experience with John as my son’s instructor. They got on well and he got him a pass first time; even after a 5am start for a 7.13am test. Would highly recommend Red (2nd of my children to pass with them) and especially John. He’s a great guy.
Horrible Experience
Awful Experience. The app is terrible, the important features are simply a hyperlink to their website, so what’s the point in the app. There’s no option to “reschedule” lessons - to do this you have to “cancel” a booked lesson in order to have the hours refunded. I had more lessons cancelled by my instructor than actually fulfilled. Would not recommend whatsoever.

I was very lucky to find Maringlen (Mark) Zena, he shaped my driving skills and made me pass with confidence the exam with just couple of minor faults .
RED app
The practise theory questions helped me so much in the real test (which i passed first time) the questions are very similar and it helps to understand how the real test would look.
Very good app
Had my theory test in 1 week notice and this app made me get 50/50 on my theory test and 66 on my hazard perception.
Disappointed
Hugely disappointed with our experience of RED. Our first instructor was unreliable, regularly late and unknown to us at the time was only partially qualified. We changed to another but had an equally unsatisfying experience as he cancelled our last two lessons with no warning. We left RED, got a refund for outstanding lessons and thankfully our son passed with a local independent driving school. Would not recommend RED to anyone based on this experience.

Regrets..
I’ve had 2 lessons so far with this company and my instructor has turned up 30 minutes late BOTH times. 1st because he was getting food!!! Second, the same reason and he has to go to the toilet???!!!! I know for a fact if I was 10 minutes late turning up to the car, he would have drove off. On my second lesson I had to pull over so he could get out and go to the toilet!!! I seen there’s some really nice, clean, smooth, brand new Volkswagen cars I thought I’d be learning in them but no. He turns up in a dodgey as anything Renault clio. Not happy. I’ve spent a load of money on this never again will I. This is even more frustrating how I was actually going to go with a different driving school then I changed last minute to RED I regret it to say the least. He isn’t even a nice person I don’t feel comfortable driving with him I want to change my instructor.

Great Experience with RED Driving School – Passed First Time!
I had a really positive experience learning to drive with RED Driving School. The lessons were well structured, supportive, and focused on building confidence as well as test readiness.
My instructor, Samad Babashahi, was patient, calm, and very clear in his explanations, which made a big difference to my confidence behind the wheel. I never felt rushed during lessons, and everything was explained clearly until it made sense.
Thanks to the quality of instruction and support throughout my time with RED Driving School, I passed my driving test on my first attempt.
I would highly recommend RED Driving School to anyone looking for professional and supportive driving tuition.

i learnt theory on red and found it super easy to use and very informative, with a nice looking interface and great tutorial videos and questions

She’s professional, knowledgeable and genuinely invested in her students’ success. Every lesson was structured and focused, and she always made sure I understood exactly what I needed to improve on. She would take time to make sure I understood my mistakes even if I forgot. I felt well-prepared going into my test and confident in my abilities.
If you’re looking for a driving instructor who will push you to be your best and properly prepare you for your test I highly recommend her.

Only useful when you’re useful to them
My instructor was quite difficult to get on with, constantly late, but overall did okay. On my practical I failed with 2 minors, one mistake and my instructor told me she doesn’t want me to retake my test with her because one fail is already making her look bad and don’t want to risk it incase I fail again. Very disappointing when most people don’t pass their first time.

I appreciate all of the support I have been provided by Mohamed throughout my driving lessons, he was very thorough throughout the whole process, he shown me all relevant test routes, focused on my weaknesses such as parallel park and ensured that I felt confident enough when doing it. He was consistent with providing reassurance and providing praise for my achievements. His teaching style is impeccable, and I couldn’t recommended anyone better. I passed first time and I am beyond happy.

This app really helped me. During the actual test, I felt like I was using the app because almost all the questions that came were in the trials of the app. I’m so grateful and I recommend it to everyone who wants to pass their theory test.
Fantastic instructor
Previous instructor was off sick(different company) red and in particular Peter Venizelou came to the rescue, couldn’t have been more professional and courteous. Went above and beyond to fit around my daughters schedule and she passed first time and very last minute thanks to some excellent instruction. Highly recommended!!
