Meh there are better courses
Do not get rushed into picking a course as I did by coming under pressure, receptionist kept calling me until i finally enrolled onto the course even though I was still deciding. After they took my deposit i had 7 days time to unsubscribe and take my deposit back but guess what? They never answered my calls until that period ended and now I am stuck with this unnecessary diploma which is a waste of my time and money, i just added more stress into myself. Plus their costumer service is not the best. Online courses might seem like a good flexible option but trust me do not enrol with LeanrDirect they are just after your money.

Feel sorry to write but worst experience of my life
I deeply regret enrolling in the CACHE Level 3 course with LearnDirect. Their customer service is unacceptable. I’ve tried multiple times to contact them, waiting over an hour each time, but still no resolution. My course was stopped due to payment issues caused by their agent, Daisy, who didn’t provide the correct information about the deposit. Now, she isn't even replying to my emails anymore.
Despite this confusion, £49.99 was already deducted from my account, and now the system shows an incorrect payment of £83 instead of £75. LearnDirect only seems to care about you until you enroll. After that, you're left to deal with unresolved issues and poor communication.
I had so many plans to continue further courses with them, but after this stressful experience, I’ve had to change my mind. This situation has caused unnecessary delays and frustration. I would never recommend LearnDirect to anyone.
