Subject: Issue with ELFY App on iPhone 13 Pro
Dear Concern,
I am experiencing issues while using the ELFY app on my iPhone 13 Pro. When I try to access a course, the app prompts me to “Launch the Course,” but after that, nothing happens. It does not direct me to the course, making it impossible to proceed.
Additionally, the app is extremely slow, which discourages access and affects the overall user experience. I hope the concerned team can look into this issue and work on improving the app’s performance.

Poor.
App freezes, even after resets. For something so important it’s very poor functionality.

It won’t even download properly onto my iPhone , I keep having to restart it all because it’s stuck in App Store and it’s real annoying when I NEED IT
