Subject: Issue with ELFY App on iPhone 13 Pro
Dear Concern,
I am experiencing issues while using the ELFY app on my iPhone 13 Pro. When I try to access a course, the app prompts me to “Launch the Course,” but after that, nothing happens. It does not direct me to the course, making it impossible to proceed.
Additionally, the app is extremely slow, which discourages access and affects the overall user experience. I hope the concerned team can look into this issue and work on improving the app’s performance.

App freezes, even after resets. For something so important it’s very poor functionality.

It won’t even download properly onto my iPhone , I keep having to restart it all because it’s stuck in App Store and it’s real annoying when I NEED IT

I never ever see worst training app in my life!!! I think to put my resignation just to avoid use this crap!!! No way to extend my passion to pas another 24 online training’s with this 0 star company.

I totally agree with medals and bears and now I have been told I could have a disaplinary if I do not finish my courses!!!!!’ And it does not recognise your login in your personal laptop and there is no support what do ever!!!!!!
Requires a lot of improvement
The system does not give correct information, too busy, and overcomplicated. Hierarchy is incorrect does not pull through the details from the main system. I would not encourage staff to use this app to complete their training, I’m not sure what’s happening with eLFY at the moment it looks as if the access group have stopped investing and focusing on their next buy out. Not the system it used to be.

The most mind-numbing, stomach-churning courses. Only do them as a requirement from my employer. I have to work 13 hours per day to keep a roof over my head...and then they give me homework. Slavery was never abolished.

I have installed and deleted to reinstall just to be experiencing the same issue time and time again. It’s doesn’t even give me to opt to log in it just bombs out every time. Frustrating after I have paid my year’s subscription in full.

In the year I have been using this app, I have experienced the same problems over and over. It’s frustrating and slow to finish your courses, they freeze, won’t allow you to go forward and log you out etc.
