Wrong Answer

The quiz contains multiple errors where correct answers are marked as incorrect. For example, a question regarding railway crossing signs identified the correct response as wrong and instead labeled it as a pedestrian sign. When attempting the question again and selecting the pedestrian option, it was then marked incorrect and identified as a railway crossing sign. This appears to be a recurring issue, as there are numerous similar inconsistencies throughout the test. These errors significantly affect the reliability and overall quality of the assessment.
In simple words many of the questions are wrong option is right & Right option is wrong.
