I've been running my construction crew for 15+ years nothin matters more than sending my guys home safe every day. this app has been a total gamechanger for us.
It's dead simple to create our own training I grab my phone, shoot a quick video of proper scaffolding setup and equipment handling. the AI turns it into lessons with quizzes.
The built-in safety compliance courses are perfect - OSHA, fall protection, electrical hazards, you name it. Tracking who's completed what is effortless, and seeing zero accidents last quarter had me pumped. My team is safer and we’re all sleeping better.

As the training lead for a home health team, I’m responsible for keeping caregivers confident and up to date – without pulling them off of the schedule for hours at a time.
We use Learnie to create short skill refreshers on things like fall prevention, infection, control, and documentation standards. The AI video tool has honestly changed my workflow. I can write a quick script and generate a clean professional training video in minutes instead of trying to film and edit everything myself.
What’s made the biggest difference for our team is the interaction. Caregivers can comment, ask questions, and share a real world scenarios right inside the training. They often respond to each other with practical tips from the field, which turns a simple refresher into an ongoing conversation. That peer exchange has made the learning feel more relevant and less like a top-down requirement.
When new guidelines come out or we notice a trend in the comments, I can quickly update the training and push the improved version out right away. It keeps everything current without rebuilding content from scratch.

Amazing Product and Great People!!
We are a non profit that helps individuals with all different types of disabilities get out into nature and experience its healing properties! We were searching for a tool to help us conduct our training program for our all terrain wheelchairs and Learnie stepped up and was so helpful and has been there for us every step of the way. When we need technological help, they are there! When a new update comes out…they are there. They care and are personable and have become such an integral part of our team and family!!
