无法使用儿童模式帐户正常使用App

作为一个主要针对未成年儿童学习中文的App，这个App竟然是无法用儿童账户下载后正常使用的。客服说用儿童帐户下载安装这个App，会无法正常登陆，会屏蔽课件，无法看见PPT，必须使用成人帐户登陆下载App才可以。对此我感到不可思议。

This app is perfect! The teachers are nice and patient, the curriculum is not that challenging, and the app is pretty simple but one thing that could be improved is the mascot.

Spent $850 on the course but not worthy. Duolingo only costs $88 per year and my 10 years daughter enjoys so much.
