After the most recent update, I have been experiencing serious problems with the BBC Learning English app. The app frequently crashes immediately after opening, and even when it does open successfully, the audio content cannot be played because the play button is unresponsive.
Before this update, the app worked smoothly and was very helpful for my English learning. However, these issues have made the app almost unusable. I have tried restarting my device and reopening the app multiple times, but the problem persists.
I hope the development team can look into this issue and fix it as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention and support.
