Extremely bad 1st Impression
No show for my daughters 1st lesson today. Telephone number does not work and driver not responding to messages, no obvious recourse for a refund. Will be reporting to the Police if not promptly addressed.
Customer support needs organising
Emailed a few times months ago and had no response, having a submission form is useless for a service that requires a fair amount if back and forth with the company. Tried ringing as well and that was a mess haha.
I messaged my driver in march and it is now October and I have not heard anything back from him. There is no obvious way to change drivers and absolutely no obvious way to refund.
Long story short, good looking app with an attractive service but I’d try find something else if I were you…

Amazing app and the best instructor
I was initially extremely apprehensive about driving and had a lot of anxiety about getting behind the wheel. I spoke to one of the Learnr team on the phone and they immediately put me at ease - they listened to my concerns and put in the effort to recommend an instructor who was patient, kind and really took the time to get to know me, my triggers and ways he could make me feel more comfortable. After I passed my test, Learnr called me to congratulate me and took the time to listen to my feedback. Learnr is a great app with a great team, and I’d recommend it as a great path for any nervous learner.

This app is a scam!
The owner of this app scams anyone that uses this app. I payed for 10 lessons and as per their “satisfaction guarantee” I requested a refund for any unused lessons after I wasn’t happy with the first one. The reply I then had was that I’m the terms and conditions you need to apply for the refund within 24 hours of the lesson. This isn’t made apparent and I am having a huge amount of difficulty in getting the refund that I deserve.

Amazing app and service!
5 Stars to this app! There’s a lot of instructors and vehicles to choose from as I feel the app was designed to suit every student’s needs (which is a huge plus for me as I get anxious easily around people). My instructor was amazing, dealt with my nerves fantastically and I felt in very safe hands as (Alan) took the time to, not only answer all my questions, but to create a calm anxiety-free environment! I’m quite happy with the app because I wouldn’t of had found my instructor without it. The costumer service is excellent as well, welcoming, and they make sure to understand and resolve every and any question that may arise in a very fast timeframe. I’m very happy with my experience so far!
