Physics isn’t even in the app
I signed up because of an add in Instagram that showed a basic physics review. After purchasing the app there isn’t even a physics section. Learny wouldn’t refund. I’d be careful in buying this app if you thought it’d contain science lessons

I signed up as I believed this app was to give guidance and tips on relationship help. It did neither. The app is a joke. They charge you up front and refuse to give a refund when you realize that you have been scammed. Do not download this app. Their address is misleading.
There are much better legitimate options available. I paid good money for absolutely nothing.

New with no instructions
I don't know what to do and it doesn't have a lot of instruction.
It’s a scam. Don’t download
It’s impossible to cancel. They keep charging when I clearly cancelled and blames it on “we cannot find you through the email addresses you provided”.

Unauthorised charges
This app continues to charge you fees even when you unsubscribe.
Can’t access and no help from support
Please help me to get support to help. I have never been able to access. I told support that I can’t get in and they said look at my receipt to find the email I used. I only use two emails and nether work and now support doesn’t respond and I keep getting billed. I’ve never encountered such lack of support from a subscription company.

This company keeps charging me for something that I paid once and never got access to it, plus what they show as a propaganda it’s nothing compared to of what they have. PLEASE STOP CHARGING ME WHEN I HAVENT HAVE ACCESS I NEVER HAD ACCESS.

Canceled subscription
I have canceled my subscription as of July 3 and they keep charging me. So far for August and September I have asked for a refund and have received no answer.

Not worth $1/ month
Don’t sign up. The advertisements are completely misleading and they just are getting you to do one time subscription. I bet you people cancel right away. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before purchasing a one week subscription.

This app is a complete scam. The lessons don’t even open when you attempt to click on them. They added in a 19.99 charge for a book that was not ordered and never showed up anyhow. for the few paragraphs of “lessons” there is no audio attached and you’re essentially reading a paragraph that could’ve been googled for free. And customer service auto generates replies two days after a complaint emails file. Complete waste of money!

I signed up for Learny expecting a valuable learning experience, but was quickly disappointed. The app did not deliver on its promises, and within a short time( less than 1 hour )I realized it wasn’t a good fit.
When I requested a refund, I was met with repeated canned responses citing their “no refund” policy, despite the fact that I reached out immediately and didn’t receive meaningful value from the service. They canceled my subscription but refused to issue a refund : no accountability, no flexibility, no real support.
A company that truly values its users should not hide behind rigid refund policies, especially when the product fails to meet expectations. This approach feels more like a cash grab than a service rooted in trust or customer care.
I do not recommend this app to anyone. Try platforms that actually stand by their product and treat their users with fairness.

Scam!
I would give zero stars if I could. I signed up through an Instagram ad and paid for a one-month trial, but when I downloaded the app, it still demanded a separate weekly payment. I contacted support right away to cancel and request a refund, but they refused and offered no help. It feels like a scam—they just want to keep charging you. I had to dispute the charge through my credit card company. Avoid this app at all costs!

Totally a fraud! Do not but this app. I regret I did it.
Learny FB ad delivered, but not the app
I emailed their customer service which replied they’ll respond within 2 days. The FB ad showed where I’ll be given a routine schedule of short lessons on how to communicate confidently and eloquently, but received nothing via email or through the app. I don’t have time to wait for an email response…. Trying to get my money back….

Misleading
The advertisement for Learny led me to believe it was geared towards etiquette, however it’s random facts pooled together about nature, history, logic, etc. It did not align with their advertisement.
Also, I had signed up for the $10 trial, but didn’t realize that it looped me into a subscription that cost me $24.98 (automatically) the next month. I reached out to Learny right away to address this and they were unwilling to refund the second month. My loss all the way around.

Please send my money back. I subscribe for one month that was $9. But you deduct $40 from my account. That is clearly a scam. Please send my whole money back I don’t want to subscribe anything.
