Was rechnet das Ding eigentlich?

Also was immer das Ding rechnet, es rechnet falsch. Ich hab ein bisschen rumgespielt, weil mir die Raten zu wenih auf veränderte Zinssätze reagiert haben. Bei 50% Zins und 500 Tsd. Euro Darlehenssumme, 10 Jahre ohne Restschuld, behauptet der Rechner das geht mit <60 tsd. Euro Rate...
