Leavenly

Leavenly is a calm companion for your sourdough starter and your bread. It remembers feedings, ratios and bake stages for you, so you can enjoy baking instead of keeping it all in your head. NEVER MISS A FEEDING Log every feeding in seconds: ratio (for example 1:2:2 or 1:5:5), grams of starter, flour and water, kitchen temperature, smell, texture, notes and jar photos. Leavenly counts down to the next feeding and reminds you with a local notification. REMINDERS THAT FOLLOW YOUR KITCHEN A warm kitchen speeds a starter up, a cool one slows it down. Set your kitchen temperature and Leavenly adjusts the estimated peak and the reminder time. It is an estimate, and Leavenly always labels it as one. MARK THE RISE ON A PHOTO Take a photo of the jar, drag three lines (bottom, after feeding, now) and Leavenly does the math: rise in percent and the multiple, like x2.1. Compare before and after side by side and watch two weeks of rises on a chart. You mark it, so the numbers are honest. BAKE PLANS WITH TIMERS Plan a bake from levain to cold retard: autolyse, mix, stretch and folds, bulk ferment, shaping, bench rest, final proof and baking. Every stage has a timer and a reminder, and stage times follow your dough temperature. On iPhone the current stage stays on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island with Live Activities. BAKER'S PERCENTAGE AND HYDRATION CALCULATOR Work from flour, from dough weight or from grams. Add flours, water, starter, salt and add-ins, scale to any number of loaves, and see total hydration including the water in your starter. Grams by default, ounces when you want them. 10 FORMULAS TO BAKE FROM Beginner's country loaf, classic country loaf, whole wheat 50%, light rye, seeded loaf, sourdough baguette, focaccia, sandwich loaf, dinner rolls and pizza dough. Open any of them in the calculator or start a bake plan in one tap. Save your own formulas too. MORE THAN ONE STARTER Keep a wheat starter on the counter and a rye one in the fridge, each with its own schedule, ratio and history. VACATION MODE Going away? Pause reminders, follow a short checklist to put your starter in the fridge, and get revival feedings when you are back. WIDGETS See the time to the next feeding on your Home Screen and Lock Screen, and mark a feeding right from the widget. PRIVATE AND OFFLINE Everything stays on your device.
