It turns out part of the test is trying to get you to buy overpriced subscriptions you may think are on sale, but are truly not.

Good

This platform has some excellent content and potential to be excellent overall, but as of March 2026, the videos widely vary from top-notch to disappointing. I hope that they’ll replace the videos that are lower-quality (unclear, incomplete, only showing one image when five would be appropriate) and have a team review the assessment questions for clarity and precision as well.

Could be better

1. While using Airplay, if I press pause, after about 30 seconds the video will skip to the next video which will play on my external screen.
2. The screen is not responsive to tapping while in horizontal view.
3. While in horizontal view, it’s hard to go back to the regular screen. I have to press “replay” icon which will the screen reset to vertical view.

Will take your money and log you out

I paid for the full year of Lecturio medical only to be logged out and logged back in as a free user. After multiple attempts to redeem my paid subscription and $360 dollars later for a little pop up that says

Thank you very much!
You have successfully purchased the product. Unfortunately, we could not unlock its content for you

Not worth going ahead paying on the app. Such a shame their app and customer service is letting them down as the content they had was pretty beneficial

Incorrect charge even after cancellation

I just received a charge, but I’m not using the service. I already requested the cancellation of the purchase, but you are not providing support.

Take your money

Mostly mad that they sneakily auto renewed and charged me for another year, and refused a refund. The method also didn’t prepare me for step 1 at all. DONT USE THIS METHOD!
Edit: in response to developer. This was absolutely not stated back when I signed up (maybe you changed it now) and Lecturio’s customer service was very poor and even though they could see I never used it again they refused discussing a refund.

Major SCAM! DO NOT SUBSCRIBE

Do not subscribe. Major scam. Purchased a subscription after a 7 day free trial. During the trial period everything worked perfectly. Within one week after the trial period, I was unable to access the content. Lecturio kept asking me to subscribe again after payment for a 3 month subscription. I have contacted them repeatedly and the response is they are unable to find that subscription. However my account has been debited and I do not have access to what I have paid for.

Very slow app on iPad

Apps really works very slow on ipad , it is consuming a lot of time which makes using app very difficult pls fix this as soon as possible

School provides premium but it DOES NOT include the app.

My school provides lecturio premium to us to help with boards and supplement our learning along didactic years. I wish premium access to the app was included with this since it’s more or less the same. Additionally, the free question of the day which I enjoyed doing apparently no longer provides an explanation without paying them for premium. Lame!!

Watch your credit card

The information is great. The instructors are great. The format was awesome am I learned everything I needed to. But if you want to cancel, finding where to is like finding a needle in a haystack…. And you’re not getting any extra charges back.
