Unreliable hardware and bad software
Great idea but do not buy. Unreliable connection between front and rear light. Frequently have to re-pair and re-setup the lights. Also who asked for a 5 second long splash screen on an app?
Slow
Slow slow slow slow slow - will be returning the smart lights
A nice app but too much video and not enough action
The first time I opened this app I was impressed by the intro video. On the second occasion and every single time since then the intro video has been an incredibly tedious barrier to getting into the app.
When I open the app I usually want to turn the lights on, off or check the battery. I don’t want to have to sit through an unskippable intro video.

Long Load Time
I get a bit irritated every time I open this app. As others have mentioned, the app takes a really long time to load and connect - about 25-30 seconds. If you leave the app (even if for a very short period of time), you have to watch the intro/connect sequence all over again. Very inconvenient. That said, the concept is great, I just wish it was more efficient.

Painfully slow launch
Why do we need to sit through a video clip every time the app is launched? Renders the app useless for anything but to program the light.
Pointless
If you try and add the optional 4 light settings you prefer it auto signs out of the app it constantly says the Bluetooth signal is 1 bar even next to the light.. what is the point!? Yoh can’t use it for anything!
Good app
Simple but it works great
I Would Give the App a 5 But…
The battery indicator in the app needs to show a percentage of battery life left opposed to the picture indicator. Even if it is off by a few percent it would be more convenient. Otherwise I love my app and the lights.
Great App but one feature needed
It’s a very good app that connects easily, however if you go off the app then it will disconnect your phone from your lights. An Apple Watch supported version of the app would also be incredibly useful.
Why does it take sooo long to load?
I’m on my bike in gravel and want to change my light settings…swipe up to launch the app I had open 20 minutes ago and I have to watch a video and then wait for it to connect to the lights… Terribly inconvenient for a bike app… It should be nearly instantaneous.
So sloowww
Great concept. Bloated execution. I shouldn’t have to wait through video clip to turn on my lights. Then it takes even more time to pair. Sometimes the lights don’t reposed too commands (I’m on a regular bike, not a tandem or cargo bike so it’s not a range issue). Sometimes I just have to push the buttons on the lights anyways.
If they could speed up the app loading, and improve connection reliability, this would be great.
Setting up the lights was very easy. It’s a little too easy to get into the “button” programming menu accidentally while riding. That menu should maybe be greyed out or hidden while riding.

Works fine but annoying
The app works fine, but the intro video is super annoying and really makes the app frustrating to use. It should just get straight to managing led connections. Not only does this stupid video play on app launch, but also every time you switch back to the app.
Works great
Easy to program my lights, Connect lights in pairs and control my lights with the app
