This app worked literally for for months then upgraded to newer iPhone opened it on the new phone it connected worked then crashed now only opens to blue screen and crashes again

This app works to the point I need it to. It could definitely be better but at least it does work.
My issue is that it takes forever for the app to load when I open it up
