App only opens one time and then I have to delete and reinstall, and it doesn’t only control the lights when it does open

Lights worked great first day .. second day not so much … found a fix and now trying to disconnect power and reconnect so the lights work it won’t communicate with the app at all … please fix your app .. its horrible

Instructions are so unclear even for an engineer. App does not show devices on Home Screen. App does not control any of the devices. I BET THIS COULD BE NICE —- if it works but it doesn’t.
CANNOT create/reg an account from within the app. It asks you for a verification code without being able to send you one. Infinite idiotic loop.
App support sends you to a link that does not exist but links you to several other nonsensical non English pages that make zero sense when you translate to English without being able to find help for the light app and for creating an account.
It has 2k downloads because I downloaded it 2000 times. Frustrating.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY THESE LIGHTS NOT ONLY DOES THE REMOTE NOT WORK THE APP IS TERRIBLE MAKING AN ACCOUNT DOESNT EVEN WORK THE WIRING IS IMPOSSIBLE THESE LIGHTS SUCK.

App is guaranteed to crash. Once you close the app you have to delete and redownload it just to launch again PLEASE FIX THIS

The app is bogus ! I use the star headliner app and it does next too nothing! Can change anything with the effects it's very VERY POOR ! Now I have to find another module that has an app that is reliable 🙌🏼

Used to work just fine. Then all the sudden started having issues and now it crashes every time I try opening the app.

Does not even deserve one star! The app does not work. Will not connect to my rock lights on my truck so I have no way of turning them on. There is no way to reach out to the developer. This app never gets updated. TRASH! Doesn’t even deserve one star.

doesn’t always connect but when it does it’s good
the app doesn’t always connect to the light, often it takes ages or doesn’t connect. it used to connect seamlessly when i first got it. when the app is connected however the interface is good and so are the light options.

so randomly my lights disconnected, and when I tried to connect them, I can’t find the thing when I scan the barcode and now I’m just stuck with purple lights
