My light bulb doesn’t change colors, the app is a rip off and I cannot figure out how to cancel.
Worthless
Paid for it by mistake only to find it’s completely unusable with a Wiz smart lamp. I’m using the Wiz app now.

I was looking forward to using this because I’ve been saying ‘I wish I could control all my different lights via ONE app.’ I hate having to use 3 different apps to turn on my lights.
I opted out of subscription when setting up but can’t get past the subscribe page. It keeps taking me back there even when I choose limited subscription. Sad.

Can’t even test 1 lightbulb to check if it works as intended …

The subscription screen continues to pop up. It appears I’m unable to even change the color without a subscription.

This app is bad. Not user friendly, hard to change lighting. Not cool that I have to pay for a subscription. I will find new lights.

Would not connect to anything and wasted 30 minutes of my one wild and precious life. Don't bother buying this and I will be requesting a refund immediately.

makes you pay to change the color of your lights weekly, bluetooth is terrible, app doesnt respond nor help unless you pay for their subscription ( which still doesnt help the connection ), overall everything is poorly done

Took my money and didn’t give what i paid for
In the app to change colors on your lights and to control them you need to subscribe or pay a one time payment of 52$ I then decided to try and pay for it and it said it failed I then tried the yearly subscription it then did the same thing and said it failed after that the money left my account on both transactions but still never gave me the access i paid for

Garbage!
Will not pair. The App sends you around in circles and keeps trying to hook you into a useless subscription. I just wanted a bloody light! It’s going back to Home Depot.

On the Free Version, you can only turn the light and off, any other feature (including deleting a light) requires a $5.00 a week subscription or a $50 a year subscription. WHAT A JOKE

A functionally useless app sold by a deceitful company
First of all the app won’t even let you pair your lights unless you pay a weekly subscription. And after pairing them you are limited to bluetooth only AND they require the app to be open at all times for the routines to work?? Absolutely useless garbage and they have the audacity to make this a paid app when the OEM app that comes with your lights is 1000x better.
Do not sign up for the free trial it just takes you to the normal subscription screen and charges you full price. What a deceitful company. And on top of all this Apple refuses to refund me even though I have proof that I was scammed because I was screen recording the whole time. Apple should be ashamed for defending garbage like this.
