LED360 Customer is the first mobile app in Jamaica where members can schedule towing services by using a mobile device, the service will change the way you schedule tow truck services. LED360 places Members and Tow Truck Drivers at the centre of our operations. This means that Members pay a yearly membership fee for discounted automobile towing services, based on the package chosen. The platform then calculates, the distance travelled, the discount to apply, and the rate which determines the final price, all from your mobile device. Members no longer must call several tow truck operators and receive differing prices; members pay a competitive price and enjoy the convenience of scheduling a tow truck. Members will benefit from the added security of receiving a picture of the driver, along with the truck license plate number, and will be able to track and speak directly with the driver, until arrival. LED360 owns and operates its fleet of Tow Trucks, which means that our drivers are dedicated in serving your needs. Our Drivers choose their work windows, start and end points and are scheduled to arrive to their destination based on the best routing possible to minimize members wait times. By focusing on making the on-demand tow truck business more efficient in reducing wait times, LED360 is making the experience of both members and tow truck drivers, reliable, safe, convenient, and greener for the environment.
