Doesn’t offer drivers rideshare insurance at all don’t use it

We have been since the inception been fully covered and licensed as a TNC Rideshare in Texas

So I really wondering when this app is going to work. I’ve had this app now for 2 moths and have correspondence with the company, and then get told just be patient things are in the hands of the development team.
First they launch a release party, then post advertising at our local airport to promote rides. I guess my thing is wouldn’t you have a working app first. It’s very frustrating and little by little I am losing confidence that this app will ever work. It’s great to know they are doing an 80/20 split for drivers/passengers however it is what it is a concept. So I really wonder if it is a scam like the last posting or if this really is legit. Only time will tell but they tend to need to get priorities right. Get the app working and then push the product. Just saying. In the mean time, I’ll work for Lyft and Uber until then.

Being told to update, won’t update
I’m sorry- how do I drive for you if the app always says it needs an update, but when I go to update, there is no update available. Without updating the driver app, I can’t login to use it.
Is this just a scam to steal my PII? Most of the website doesn’t work and I can’t use the driver app. What is going on here?!
I’m not feeling OK when I give up a bunch of personal info and right after I’m background check ‘cleared’, I magically can’t use the app to go work. This feels like a scam.
