Credit card won’t save. They won’t fix it.
I have been back and forth with their team and they confirmed credit card won’t save. They told me we can just scan QR code at register but the location I always visit doesn’t have that capability. Bring back scanning receipts!! That was a much easier process if you are not going to fix your app. They also changed the receipts part without notifying us unless there was an email I missed.

Terrible app
Several points that stick out:
1. App is usable only in a few “participating” locations.
2. Texas locations are not even in the list.
3. Lee’s was our favorite sandwich store in San Jose. After our move to Texas, we found that neither Austin nor San Antonio have a Lee’s. We finally found one in Houston but it is not in the list.
4. The app is useless.

It so happen that all 3 locations I go to does not support the app. Lets you know how corporate is operating….

No Apple Pay
Too bad: likes the Sign-In with Apple. Mobile payments have proven to be more secure and robust than entering and saving credit cards. No reason for iPhones apps to not have that option automatically. Deleting app until the developer gets their act together.
