This app seems to be all about ads , not allowing us to to essential functions. Seems customer experience has been pushed back in favor of ad revenue

The health app is good but it could be better if it can remove the consistent pop-up advert of the QR code download and prompts! This advert limits the health app to just a line on the top! If one is not cautious, you will make constant errors of downloading the wrong content! The unwanted advertisement of QR code download persistently interrupt the use of the important content of the main app and does not allow effective operations of the main apps!

Worst app ever I got a smart watch series 10, and the app doesn’t work!!, it doesn’t allow me to create an account or hook up my watch I do not recommend!!, also it says it’s $0.00 for registration but I put my card number in and it charged me $30.00 so it’s a lie!!!
Very confusing and misleading
I have tried multiple sign up methods and multiple times to receive a verification code from my email but it does not work. On the steps for the watch, it says to press a green button that says “start” but it is not even there.

It’s not bad for a non major brand. I think that you shouldn’t have to buy anything for it myself. If you think about it I would be spending more money than the watch is worth. For tat reason alone I wouldn’t buy anything for this watch! With that being said the watch itself is great and I have no other complaints about it!

2 years ago it worked great not now..
Not able to login it tells me failure to log in with 3rd party when I try to log in with my Apple or google. When I try to use my email, it never sends the code. I’ve troubleshooted everything but nothing has fixed it. ITS THE APP YALL GOTTA FIX!!
