New prototype start up Company
Absolutely love this product. Hard 10 out of 10. I have a size 11 titanium ring that I’ve worn every day on my right ring finger for the last three months. It’s very durable and accurate. I first began backing this project back in June 2024. Yes, it took six months for me to receive this prototype.
If you are under the impression that you are going to get a prototype item that you’ve backed on Indiegogo within 4 to 6 weeks, then you are either not in the right mindset or do not understand how Indiegogo/investing in future projects work. Patience is essential when dealing with new projects. Especially when a start-up company is probably only 5 to 10 people.
The app is currently under development and is literally on version 1.0.15. (for context Fitbit is currently on version 4.8 after being around for over 10+ years)
Yes, there are a few bugs; however, between the software and hardware, it does what they claim it will do, which is the first on-demand accurate (from my usage) blood pressure check.
Keep in mind, if you’re expecting something much like a Fitbit/Garmin/Apple Watch-style app integration, then you’ll need to wait at least 5 to 10 years for those companies to release some kind of technology like this. This is literally a cutting-edge product that you are investing in and backing. Please be understanding and be patient as an investor. That is what Indiegogo is all about. Thank you to the developers for this amazing item and all your hard work.

Worthless app controlling a worthless health product
Purchased 2 of the X-rings with one actually arriving. while they look nice, they do very little — the app controls no data collection unless it is manually & forgets the data after a few days, making trend analysis impossible. Product was pushed by Indigogo & has received several 100 negative comments/reviews. Appears to be an expensive scam — don’t bother.

Worthless App
App runs and connects to Ring X but does not do any auto tracking, only allows checking measurements manually through the app. Default is step count off but no way to turn it on. Link to app support only goes to ads, so no way to contact a support person. Virtually useless ring and app in the current state.

Don’t be fooled
There’s no point in even attempting to use this app. The product, Ring X, does not exist. It’s a failed indiegogo scam.
