terrible app
Terrible app. Face ID doesn’t work so I have to type in my password every time. Now my correct password doesn’t even work. When i try to change password it doesn’t load through. I will have to call the bank to change my password. Until then I will not be able to see my money. Poor experience overall.

Easy navigation!!!
Love this app! It provides options that many other bank apps do not. It’s always been ahead of its time. Easy to navigate. Honestly one of the reasons that we stay with this bank.

I love Legacy bank and the easy app they have.

This app is slow and I constantly have to reset my password because it says it’s wrong when I know it’s not. The mobile deposit takes two days or more for the deposit to show up on my account. My husband and I do business with two other banks and our mobile deposits are instant or the next morning at most. I like the local bank but this app and the bank policy for it definitely needs work.
