Terrible customer service
The app works great, but the service here is terrible. If you book an appointment don’t expect to be served on time. I never waited less than half an hour after my booked appointment time. What’s worse is that I then felt like my own haircut was being rushed when I finally sat down. One time I had uncut hair behind my ears that I had to shave off at home. I won’t be returning.
