Sick of this app, looking for something else I start losing customers because of there error and clutches

Worst customer service imaginable

I’ve tried reaching out to them for help for the past 2 months with no emailed returned or phone calls. I’ve been a customer for over 3 years. I’m deleting my account at the end of this week if there are no returned calls.

Over promised, Under delivered

Horrible system. We had it for almost six months and it never fully worked right. It made a mess out of our accounting. Most of its promised features do not work. Support team does not fix issues. Stay away!

Cannot login

Every time I attempt to login I'm given a connection error, license error, or timed out error. This app never seems to work.

Oversold / Under delivered

Bottom line is if you have less than 10 reps, there’s easier ways to get done what you need to without frustrating your team with this shallow platform. While the top level design is there on functionality, there’s no depth to the solution. It’s fraught with bugs and team lacks accountability on resolving problems. They’re quick to point blame in other items like hardware or other things including that were the “only” ones that are experiencing the issue. Looking for alternatives as I’m 6 months in and can’t do this to our team any longer.

Stock mix

All the time you app mixed stock products. Real count products don’t match to count what showed your application to the customers

Best one so far but…

After trying several different ways to integrate Quickbooks Enterprise to a cloud-based solution, this one has been the easier one to set-up. We have experienced stability and connection issues, but were able to get support within the hour. The only downside in my case is the lack of basic features like invoice history for previous years, no credit memo option for the reps on the field and no open balance report. These are things you can do with a single click on the desktop that do not require additional programming. More features will surely mean more money in the future… lets hope they can continue to deliver. Thanks AH.

Problems

The system keep kicking me out non stop that’s a very big problem

Lack of customer service

The app over all looks good. But no One answer the phone, email. And respond time take several days. They need to try to solve customer problems very fast. Since it’s a service that is needed to be use everyday all day. I can’t have my drivers waiting for them to pick up to phone or days to give an answer to the problem.

Pathetic support

Trying to download connector so we can set up and test this out.

Had an issue. Emailed twice. Sent a couple of emails. Tried talking to them on the chat service. No response. Useless service

Like the app. Some glitches

Easy app to navigate. Seems to crash a lot and have a few glitches once every week or so.

Trouble with the latest update!

Please fix the problems with the latest update. My co-workers who have this app on Android are not having have any problems. Only those of us on IOS. App is not charging for certain items when creating invoices. That’s a huge problem!

Unable to connect with a Dex cable

Try to connect to a dex cable but it won’t recognize the cable at all. Now this is happening on my phone 11 pro software 13.4 can u help me. Thanks

Great app, could use some improvements

It does not show where I am in the map view, so it’s hard to find which customer is closer to me.

I’ve tried a few other apps but this one was the easiest to set up. Our reps service customers and take payments. Very useful and I’m planning to use other features available. Very helpful service support.

Waaaay to many problems

The system has a heart attack constantly and the error screen appears like it is having a sever seizure all day long and you press ok then the error comes immediately back and the flickering of the error begins all over again. It is almost impossible to sync from the office because where the main connection is from because it always says can’t sync. The system on some invoices will not allow us to follow through with the completion of sale by collecting monies because it says something like the balance is greater or for the most part the balance doesn’t match the invoice. I forget exactly but it is on that guideline of just being screwed up. Customer service sometimes has difficulty figuring out what is going on and can’t help us..over all this is a very buggy, glitch bombed program and is very difficult to conduct business with. We are very upset that things are not fixed and this is an on going problem since day 1 and the tech do not seem to know how to fix anything. Very very very disappointed and disgusted with the service, program and that we have constantly fight with the program throughout the day to work somewhat close to the manor of what we need it to. On a grade school grading system where A is perfect....this program that we have to pay a monthly fee for gets a F- or actually it gets and Incomplete because it fails on every level. The program can be great to use if these problem can be addressed immediately.
