Loving this workout app that Oni has bought out. It’s so handy that I’m able access a large library of different work outs and programs, definitely making gains from this! The exercises in the app are filmed very well and are easy to understand, I would 100% recommend this to anyone 👌🏽
So good during lockdown
Loving this app to keep my workouts going during the lockdown! I was worried about losing my gym gains but I’m feeling confident about keeping as much muscle as I can with these workouts. Awesome.
