The app is really good simple very easy to use, but would be really helpful if we could also have life insurance policies included on the app to have it all in one place.
Logon problem
I upgraded to a new iphone16promax and the app is requiring me to perform lengthy logons EVERY SINGLE TIME I need to check my investments. That’s username, password, OTP, 4digit easy logon code. I have been activating the faceid every time, but in vain.

Latest update has PIN Groundhog Day
Every time I log in now, I am asked to set up PIN and repeat PIN entry to confirm, but the App doesn’t record you did that on exit, so I have to do it EVERY time I log in. All the more annoying when you use facial recognition to log in with.

Love this app
This app is constantly being developed and new features are regularly added. Feels like L&G are really investing in their online customer experience, which is really welcomed in this day and age. Well done L&G!

Know issue with iOS
I tried to register in the app and was stuck after confirming email. Their (useless) customer support would only tell me to clear my cache and cookies - this should only ever be a last resort, not the first and only thing you say- it has massive impacts on everything else you do on your device.
The registration is taking place entirely in this app, so fix your app and don’t seek to change my device

Constantly has technical issues and wont load. Absolutely useless.

I understand there is maintenance but we haven’t been able to access info for 1-2 weeks during crucial economic times.
Service office for 4 days!
It tells volumes that L&G don’t care about users when they can have 4 days of downtime and we cannot login. Frustrating and so disappointing I wish I could walk away.

Every time I log in I have to set up a 4 digit stupid pin even though it’s done my face recognition.
