App login not working

For some odd reason Im not able to login my account using the app. But when I get on the online website it works for me. There should be a worldwide update to fix that or something because it’s been like this for a while

the customer service is horrible, they treat you very badly, the lawyers are horrible with suspensions at the florida bar, they are lawyers that no one wants.

Never got email to make password . Never received one response from a lawyer after filling out two separate issues that involve different types of law . Still zero responses .

How to make account

Filed my case, and says will email password to create an account to see attorney responses to my case. I never got email, and can not create an account or reset my account. I am getting test responses from attorneys on my case though.
