Fun!
I just read a first time user struggling with the first scene. Newbies, it was hard, but there are several ways to learn. There are hints. We are given 5 hints to start. You then can opt to purchase more or watch an ad for another free hint. It helps in areas that stump me. I am playing through again after a year or so, and the beginning of this game is tough. It is also worth it! The people who make this game produce a remarkable experience. Great stories, fun puzzles, hidden objects have purpose (not repetitive find over and over, but find it to use it), wonderful animation, and beautiful graphics.

Obnoxious
Cool story graphics are ok. Puzzles are too difficult and time consuming. Challenge is good but its obnoxious to play for so long unwinding some frustrating back and forth arrangement. Its not creative kind of challenge it just hard for the sake of being hard. 20 dollars is too much for the CE. Especially when the puzzles are not engaging -its like a frustrating gray school math book of endless long division. Like sure i can do it but why would i when there are better games just as challenging but actually … fun

Impossible past Chapter 2 totem line puzzle
I usually love these ones but as others have said there are too many lines. 2 of my tokens have 7 lines whereas in the walkthroughs they only have max 5. Ugh won’t bother with the rest of the series and as dvpr has clearly ignored reports I have to assume it is either intentional to get players to buy tokens or they don’t care. Either way I will be avoiding this dvpr as it’s not worth the risk of having to abandon the game midway. Just be honest and charge an upfront fee if you insist on compulsory purchase.

Too hard
The first two games were fun but the puzzles in 3 are just too hard and back to back. Took all the fun out of it. They need lower difficulty option for those who don’t want to spend an hour on each puzzle

These games are amazing. Very interactive not so hard that they’ll frustrate you but hard enough. The only thing I ask of the developers is that some of the mini games are too close to the draw down on an iPhone making it very frustrating when the game keeps going off screen and back to the scene and you have to start all over again. May I suggest that you move the games down or up and make it so that if you go back to the scene that you don’t lose your place in the Mini game. I will be looking forward to playing all of your games!

Great game as with all their games, except when I replay it I do not have any morphing objects, collectibles or manuscripts I can collect as it continues to say they’re all complete. Why doesn’t this reset as with other your games? I fix for this would be appreciated.
Love these games
I don’t think it can really be put into words how much i love and value these games. Outside of the puzzles you all have great storylines and the fact you have actual voice overs is incredible. Ive waited for new games to be released and so glad i did because i have plenty of new games to play. My main point is….thank you all for creating games that remind me of playing PC games when i was a kid without waiting on lives to fill back up or paying for the full version. You all made me love playing games again. Thank you!!

Glitches
You try and get coins and it only gives you a few. You want 10 to solve puzzles and 5 to find what to do next. You only give 3 coins after watching a minute video. Give more coins and less time on videos. 10 seconds would be plenty of time. The game would be so much better to play

Great No3 in series
Second time playing the series. This is the hardest with some of the items to be found and used quite obscure. I have had to use a couple of hints in this game (even this second time around!) Something I didn’t have to do in 1 and 2. Still a great test. Looking forward to No. 4.

Good but….
It’s good entertainment with a good story line. Made so you don’t really need to have played any of the prequels to get the best out of it. However; on the iPhone, the details are hard to find as the screen is small and dark (even on full brightness).

Stopped at First Puzzle
I couldn’t solve the first puzzle so the game was deleted. I saw no point in going on as I was probably missing out on a key step.
Fun, but…..
I enjoyed 1 and 2 in this series. However, I’ve noticed in this one that some of the puzzles have been changed, made much more difficult (impossible in a couple I have had on the version I played). They do not match any of the walkthroughs or YouTube videos. So no help. I actually counted the pieces in one puzzle that was impossible. There were 9 pieces on the walkthrough puzzle, 12 on the puzzle I got. It was impossible and beyond annoying. I think they have done this to try to force people to buy the hints in order to skip the changed puzzles. Instead I think I will just skip this game and future games too.
