Bad support for me
Short version
(Customer Service wouldn’t pay attention to my email and kept pushing me away instead of helping me even though I provided all the details to my knowledge that they asked for)
Long version
(Owed the game before the subscription service sent a ticket to customer service once I saw that if you owed the previous game you could get the full version for free so long as you send proof which I did along with everything they would’ve needed including my id but they kept on claiming I need to message them through the app but when I did it would take me away from the app even so all my emails had the very thing they were asking for which was the user id)

Very disappointed
This is a 5 STAR game but years later since I have played this on an older device just to find out I have to pay a subscription service in order to play? Ummmmm no, GAME CLUB just add some advertisements or something NOT a subscription service, well sadly time to delete legendary wars then.
Payment Needed
This game used to be fun and free. Now you need a subscription if you want to play for more more than 3 levels. 0/5 stars if possible. What a shame. No one plays it anymore for the same reason. Developers say “if you bought the game previously, there should be no problem” followed by “we cannot detect previous purchases”. So dumb. I re downloaded this game for nostalgia but received nothing but a tragic goodbye. So sad and shame on the developers.

Good game bad support
Great game used to play as a kid but now that I have found it again when I try to play it tells me to contact support or that I’m not connected to the internet even tho I am also have emailed support twice about the problem and how I had previously purchased the game but no response
Tarnished a good thing
I played this game when it first released And saw it grow from this game to monsters wars then onto stellar wars but now that it took the game access and all my progress and general Achievements I earned. It’s a lost for me Now
I’d be willing to purchase this game, but not subscribe to a service.
I won’t subscribe for games I don’t want to play, but I would buy the game if the option was there. It’s fine if you’re committed to the model, but you’ve lost my revenue by not allowing me an option to purchase this game separately. Love the game though!

I played this game years ago and game across it again so I thought I’d try it out but before you can play it wants you to subscribe to game club. When you try to make an account it won’t connect to their server. Just keep games simple. Very disappointing

I have no idea if I can play this or not without paying $8 a month (which I won’t). I bought the game years ago and submitted a review but haven’t received anything in return so I don’t even know if games club even check those submissions anymore.
Confusing game club
When it gets to stage 1-5 in the campaign, it says subscribe to game club and then when I click on it to subscribe and it says I’m already subscribed, but then I try to carry on playing the game again it says subscribe to play, so it says I’m subscribed already but won’t let me play past 1-5 how can this fix?

Absolute Scam
Ok so I bought this game like eight years ago and now it’s telling me I need to pay five dollars a month to play the game Ive owned all this time? Completely ridiculous considering I payed a dollar to own it forever and now they want 5x that per month. Y’all are some disgusting subhumans
Great game, bad customer support for long time users
I’ve enjoyed playing legendary and monster wars since it was released around 2012. I had the same account to this day where I completed all difficulties and I wanted to continue my top record waves completed for the mini games, but customer service keeps saying they will help me restore my account back, but never did and never responded, even to this day. I wouldn’t be surprised if people didn’t get compensated for game currencies if a game crashed after a map has been completed.

Ive tried contacting the developers multiple times on different platform in results to purchase and other issues
Fantastic games but difficult to get access despite playing it up until last year
This game, monster wars, and stellar wars are by far my favorite mobile games of all time and I loved playing them when I was younger and still do. That being said getting access to these games is so difficult. I got access to legendary wars a few years ago but after getting a new phone I have so far been unable to get access to legendary wars and have never been able to get access to monster wars. I love these games but I’d honestly rather them just make them cost money so I can pay them off instantly rather than paying for the membership every month or contacting the devs and getting access which has been very fluky. Love the games just really want a simple way of getting them permanently

Great game.
I still love the game even after the subscription as I beat it before running out of time. Although is anyone sure how to beat the evilest crate level whenever I get to fighting it I can’t find it. If anyone knows how to do this let me know.

I recently found this game again after years and was super excited to play, but now you have to pay to play it. Even for monster wars which is weird since I played both games but now it’s behind a paywall. Is there a way to get both without paying because this is very greedy
