No good with password managers
You can’t use a password manager with this app. This is doubly frustrating if you have multiple accounts e. g. a business account and a personal one.
Not happy
I opened an account yesterday. I said everything up and it keeps saying declined that I have no account but I do they sent me an email saying oh you’ll be able to access your funds at 8 o’clock well here it is 1204 the next day and it’s still saying nothing it’s still saying I have no account. This is very frustrating. I should’ve went with a different bank. If it’s not fixed, I’m going to.

Terrible App
This app is just like the service at the bank… piss poor! It won’t load consistently, times out before you are finished using it, messaging … better chance of winning the lottery!

It works... Mostly
The app won’t allow me to use Face ID on the iPhone 12 Pro Max, but worked great on the iPhone XS. Now I have to either enter manually, which I never remember any one of my hundreds of passwords, or scroll through saved passwords. It’s a minor nuisance, but would be awesome if it were fixed in a future update. Can’t log in at all on the app on my iPad Air 4, so have to use the website for that. Again, minor inconvenience.

1- Facial Recognition does not work.
2- app asks a security question each time logging in
3- app requires acceptance of terms and conditions upon every login

Easy to use but can’t use to view account statements
The app is easy to use and I use it to check balances and make mobile deposits but I don’t like it not having option to view account statements.
One small update needed..
Otherwise this is a great app! I bought a new iPhone X, doesn’t have Touch ID, has Face ID- could you please update your app to include this? Thank you!
User friendly
The bank app is user friendly, easy to navigate and so convenient. I love being able to make deposits via the app, check balances, transfer funds, etc.
