I shall (and did) return!
After a long fight with liver cirrhosis I planned to stop my Film Scouting. On 23 March 2026 prayers were answered. I had a transplant after 4 failed offers, the fifth was a perfect match.
I feel so much better I’m here to defend my Quad Elite Status.

Love this app! Have used it the past 3 years during Legion M’s Film Scouting for Sundance Film Festival. Super easy to use! Plus Legion M takes all results/judging into account when they decide what films to go after. Highly recommend if you want your voice to be heard!

Still won’t work
I was finally able to get a confirmation code, but now when I sign in, it just says Oops. We made a mistake. With a network error message. Every time I try again, it gives the same error. Too bad, I was looking forward to using the app.

We were having trouble with our SMS provider and verification texts were being lost. This issue has been resolved and you should be able to login now. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
They fixed it! It works now.
Apparently they were having a problem with their text message provider. The app will both email and text you the confirmation code now. I had to skip the second confirmation code entry because the code they sent me didn’t work on it, but other than that it works fine now and I can use the Film Scout app. It’s super fun and I highly recommend it for film buffs.

Won’t let me create an account
EDIT- Changed my score to 5 stars. Once issues were resolved I was able to login and play around a bit on the app. Everything works perfectly and is actually really fun. Thanks to the developers for responding and fixing things!

No code came. Resend code again still no code. Then it said I’ve exceeded my try limit. Don’t bother with this app. It seems as if it was rushed and is not a finished product.

Can’t login
It never sent me a code and it still will not send one. I am sure if I could use it I would love it any feedback on how to resolve the issue would be helpful

I made an account. Right after I made the account it wouldn’t let me login with the username and password I created. So I tapped “forgot password” It sent me a reset code so I reset my password and this time tapped the eye so I could make sure I was typing it right. Then I went to login and now it says, user doesn’t exist. Send help.
