I wish it like sent reminders to the phone
Very frustrated
I’m stuck in a error loop, i have done everything to try and fix the issue on my end of why i keep going to the “if i want to turn on notifications” i redownloaded the app turned off my phone and cant see any of my shifts

I just got hired and created an account but it won’t let me finish the last step of notifications it just keeps bringing me back to the same screen and not letting me view the home page
Bugged - Loop
I’d love to be able to see my schedule and actually set stuff up. However, this app just has me stuck in a set up loop and no matter what notifications settings I choose anytime I save the setting and go to the home page it just takes me back to the setup and starts all over again. Yes I’ve logged in and out. Yes I’ve closed the app. Yes I’ve even gone as far as deleting and redownloading the app and nothing changes. Thank you. Now I can’t do anything with my job outside of pretending I can see what’s happening. Applauses all around for AI.

Glitches
Every time I open the app it either crashes or lets me look at it for half a second before it crashes

At first I thought this site would be hard maneuvering through, but as I begin to use the app it became easier, and very understandable.
Won’t let me past onboarding
Setting up my account has been the glitchiest process. I’m not looking forward to using this app for anything work related. I’m going to end up fighting to get my hours put in every week. AI sucks.

Buggy and bad support
This app has been working perfectly fine since I’ve had to download it for my workplace but one day when I was checking my schedule the app started going back to past schedules like wayyy back to one to two years back when my manager was in training and since then I haven’t been able to login. I tried to login the next day and it just gets stuck on the loading screen after signing in with company SSO and never loads, I’ve tried offloading, uninstalling, restarting my phone, and tried logging in on my parents phones and nothing seems to work I’ve put a support ticket but have yet to receive any feedback which I understand takes time but at the moment I’m unable to clock in, check my schedule, and see my hours worked which is very frustrating.

Very easy and intuitive to use. I can see how many hours and shifts I have and it’s easy to take offer/take shifts with!

Its ai and you guys are falling for a trap
Its really disappointing to see companies using ai to complete tasks that are as simple as making schedules. Shame. And they think its reasonable too.
