Setting up my account has been the glitchiest process. I’m not looking forward to using this app for anything work related. I’m going to end up fighting to get my hours put in every week. AI sucks.

Buggy and bad support
This app has been working perfectly fine since I’ve had to download it for my workplace but one day when I was checking my schedule the app started going back to past schedules like wayyy back to one to two years back when my manager was in training and since then I haven’t been able to login. I tried to login the next day and it just gets stuck on the loading screen after signing in with company SSO and never loads, I’ve tried offloading, uninstalling, restarting my phone, and tried logging in on my parents phones and nothing seems to work I’ve put a support ticket but have yet to receive any feedback which I understand takes time but at the moment I’m unable to clock in, check my schedule, and see my hours worked which is very frustrating.

Very easy and intuitive to use. I can see how many hours and shifts I have and it’s easy to take offer/take shifts with!

Its really disappointing to see companies using ai to complete tasks that are as simple as making schedules. Shame. And they think its reasonable too.

Paycheck never arrives on time
I’ve been using the app my paycheck is never found or deposited at the same date or time and they can’t tell me why , app is easy to use but sketchy honestly I would not use unless you have too , they also charge 2.99 for each transaction so you’re always in debit not like it’s your money
Multitasking tool!
Legion has helped me with a lot and especially remembering. It’s best for timing everything and helping managers or coworkers out. Five stars from me!

There could be further optimization. The Notification Center on both the app and the website is a nightmare.. why there isn’t a separate section for pending approvals and general notifications I’ll never know.
Also for managers with multiple stores there’s no way to tell which associate belongs to which store.
Doesn’t support dark mode, and UI lacks any smooth transitions. The app just feels very basic overall.

It’s good BUT
The app works well, very easy to manage and full of information BUT for me it NEVER lets me do what I need for work because the location is never correct! I have deleted and redownloaded it again and again and still is not correct. I even used a different phone and the same issue
Very much dislike
This app is the biggest pain in the world and literally causes a rift between me and my job due to its constant technical difficulties. First of all every time I open the app, I have to quit and reopen because the homepage doesn’t load. Then, there’s always glitches where I can’t clock in or out because the geofencing is effed up and thinks I’m out of bounds but I’m not. I also would say the interface design is out of date. I also spent a million years trying to sync my legion to my google calendar and had no success.
