Needing an Answer
Timely, professional and really knew the high end product they were looking at. I was afraid I had purchased a fake from a very reputable source so it was great to hear I didn’t get ripped off.
My go to!
I love Legit Grails. It’s my go to for authentication. I purchase vintage bags from places like eBay and Mercari. I love that they automatically give you a certificate (instead of charging extra for it like other companies) and they give you a breakdown of the reason for their findings.
Great service
This service is fast, easy to use hassle free. Gives me confidence in buying vintage pre-loved designer items that I love.
Fast and Easy
Authenticating my item was fast and easy.
The Grail of Authenticity
App is easy to use. Responses are timely. Cost is valuated correctly. So far no issues with Authenticating. Customer Service is phenomenal in terms of response times. Will continue to use!
Quick and easy
Always use their service and was excited to find out that they have an app! Makes the whole experience even more convenient.
